- Removable: The model is of natural size and divided into 4 pieces. The two lung lobes can be removed to show the internal structure and have a base.

- Introduction: It is located in the chest cavity, one on the left and one on the right, and covering it. The lungs have lobes, two on the left and three on the right, a total of five lobes.

The lung anatomy model can be dismantled into four parts for easier study. The following anatomical features are visible and are coloured for ease of identification:
